My main areas of expertise aare in Burlington County, and Camden County, although I also conduct business in Gloucester County (south of Camden County) and in Ocean County. Burlington and Camden County are located along the Delaware River that separates New Jersey from Pennsylvania. This area of New Jersey is considered Southern New Jersey. Most towns in Burlington and Camden County are between 10 to 40 minutes from the City of Philadelphia.
Ocean County is located just northeast of Burlington County and is located along the east shoreline of the state. Most homes in this county are located between 10 to 30minutes from the beaches of Seaside, Surf City, and Long Beach Island, a long-established playground for summer vacationers.
